Returns Policy

Global Achievers Company is happy to return or exchange goods within 14 days of purchase provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your proof of purchase from Global Achievers Company.

All books and DVDs must be returned in original sealed condition.

The cost of returning any product to Global Achievers Company including postage and handling costs is your responsibility. However, if the item is faulty Global Achievers Company will cover the postage and handling costs.

On returns we can only credit the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
